COMPLAINTS ABOUT ESTATE AGENTS ON THE RISE

Over 8,000 complaints about estate agents are made to the industry ombudsman every year and figures are on the up, according to a leaked report due for publication soon. More than two thirds of these complaints are upheld with the biggest gripe being that agents dont take instruction.
